Does anyone know if this is possible or have done it? I am thinking of renting 2 concierge rooms(connecting if possible) at the BW for the night before and the night of the wedding so all the girls can get ready and the lounge would be available to relax and keep out of eachothers way. I don't know anything about the concierge service. I don't know what they cost or if it will be cheaper than renting a 2 bedroom villa. Maybe its just easier to get 2 regular rooms connecting if they are the same size. If anyone has any suggestions I would like to hear them.

The lounge is closed for a few hours in the morning after breakfast. I'd check with concierge as to time frame when you are getting ready.

Malibelle, I thought I would add a few things that you need to consider if you choose this route. I don’t know the size of your wedding party. If it’s not too large, booking two rooms might be a wonderful option.

Please remember that every Disney resort room has a limit of either four or five guests (the headcount is resort-specific). Plus, if you have more than two adults per room, Disney’s official policy states: “Additional adult charges apply if more than 2 adults in room.” I have paid extra to have two additional adults added to my concierge reservation even though they weren’t staying in my room. I was charged per day for each of them. This is when I was in a wheelchair and my parents needed access to both me and my resort room.

Also remember that a concierge lounge is for the exclusive use of the resort’s concierge guests. The resort plans for a certain amount of food and beverages to be available each day. If the lounge is overrun with guests who don’t belong there, that puts a strain on things for those who do belong.

Again, if your wedding party isn’t too large, booking two rooms might be a wonderful way to prepare for your event. Congratulations on your upcoming wedding.

You honestly may do better with the villa. I'm assuming you mean BWV's as in DVC. That would guarentee that everyone was close by, and not seperated by other rooms Plus you would have a livingroom, kitchen, washer and dryer and 2 bathrooms, and did I mention a jacuzzi tub. Plus they have room service at BWV so you could order food in, or stock the fridge. Plus you would have overall more room to move around, and it may actually cost less overall. I used a 1 bedroom at OKW to get ready just me and mom and we had a TON of room, even with Lisa, and Carolyn, and Randy, and my best friend and her husband all running around.
