I did concierge at the Paradise Pier one year.
It was very worth it for that particular trip.
We would run into the concierge room in PJ's, grab breakfast items and snackies for the day, then scoot back to the room and get ready.
You can load up on bottled water, cookies, fruit, etc. and either take it with you to the park, or leave it in your room for later munchy attacks. They have the most mouthwatering tortilla chips and salsa on the planet. The cookies are the size of your hand!
At night, you can enjoy a glass of wine, fabulous cheese & crackers, and watch the caroler's sing (ummm... as the regulars on this forum have already figured out, I am a December only Disney'er).
We kept getting doused on any water ride that trip and made frequent wardrobe changes due to our drenched clothes (and it was a cold year that time), so we would slip into concierge, grab goodies, and munch away before heading out again.
It saved us a fortune in food that trip.
