Concierge Request Letter

Whelp, I was going to move our February 2022 cruise to February 2023 but I cannot because I already changed it from our original sailing in January 2021. Apparently I should have waited for Disney to cancel it. And now I am behind on planning everything (I’m super OCD) and it’s our first concierge cruise.

Other than requesting cabanas and activities, what are some other ideas to request??

We typically request tasting classes, reservations at Palo/Remy, Spa treatments, character breakfasts, meet & greets, etc. I would also ask about the theming for each night so we could plan wardrobes. If you have any special requests for the lounge you can request those, but that can come any time, and I usually wait until closer to the cruise. Recently I requested Oatly oat milk for the coffee machine and they were able to get it for me on short notice.

I'm probably forgetting something, but I'm sure others will add to the thread.

Maker sure your letter goes out at midnight Eastern time zone at the 125 day mark. Do not send it early or you will go to the back of the line. If you are trying for a cabana this is cruicial.

EDIT: We also will request to have dinner seating with a good seat for the show at Tiana's, etc.
