concierge question

Can anyone tell me what the views are when booking concierge on points for the Polynesian, and Yacht Club (the chart is not specific as to lagoon, garden, etc.)?

Also for the Contemporary, the chart specifies tower club. Based on the points required I am assuming it is the 12th floor atrium club. Is this correct or is it the 14th floor?
