We'll be staying concierge for the first time later this year and were wondering if anyone has ever had the concierge staff book Fantasmic Dessert tickets for them. Just curious if this is something they can help with or if we need to be poised on the phone 30 days out :)
 
Anyone staying on property can have DL vacation planning do this, so I would imagine that concierge would be able to do this also. Just call them and ask. We used this for our trip end of May. They said they would have a cast member call first thing in the morning, 30 days out, but there was no quarantee although they had great success. We also gave them alternate dates if they missed the first one.
 
I am wondering how this would work since they have to bill your credit card right away. Do you give your credit card information to the vacation planning staff and authorize them to forward it to the Fantasmic reservationist?
 
Yes, I gave them my credit card #. They will charge it when they make the reservation. They said they would notify us when the ressies were made and if they had any problems getting the ressies they would call us right away. After talking to them, I feel good about putting these very important ressies in thier hands.
 

Thanks for that information! I am thinking about giving it a try. I want the first 5 seats on the balcony! ;) Let us know how you do.
