Concierge ??? or Villas

Our big splurge trip is coming up soon. Should we take 1 bdrm Beach Club Villa or concierge floor at WL or Contemporary??

This is a big birthday trip, 2 adults, 1 4yo. Next time we'll be back on a budget LOL

Well, I've never stayed concierge before, but have stayed at WL, VWL, BC and BCV numerous times. If it was me and given the choice, I would definitely take the one-bedroom at the BCV for the main fact that you will have tons more room, the king bed in the bedroom with the jacuzzi tub, a full kitchen, washer and dryer. Plus there is that wonderful location!!, within walking distance of Epcot and MGM. Your 4yo can sleep in the living room undisturbed, and you can still watch tv in your own room at night. I'm sure concierge is lovely, and I do love WL, it's my favorite resort, but I don't think I would choose it over staying in a one-bedroom. Good luck with your decision, hopefully you'll get more opinions.

You will be spoiled and never be able to go back to a regular hotel room. You will be another one over at the rent/trade board looking for points to rent so you can have the roominess, luxury and privacy, or you may even become an owner.
Enough of my advice, I have been a member of DVC for over 10 years so I am spoiled and cannot stay in a hotel room, even when we go to Hawaii.
I am sure you will be happy with either. Have a great time

Hi.
I've stayed at both the Contemporary concierge 12th floor and Wilderness Lodge concierge, and both are very nice. Since you have children traveling with you I would stay at the Villa. The extea room and washer and dryer would be wonderful. The snacks are nice but, room and the washing machine at your finger tips are the best!
