Concierge Email Template

I saw a post a while back where someone has posted their email to shore side concierge. I have tried to search for this with no luck. my window to email them is this Friday night/Saturday morning and was interested to see the format that most people use. any help would be greatly appreciated. To make sure we got what we requested I sent the e-mail at 0001. We got the cabana we wanted and our other requests.
