When you book concierge, do the shoreside team call you or email you? We just booked this today. I wanted to nail down some things and ask some questions. Can someone give me some help? thanks!
 
So they contact to you around day 125 pre-cruise to start capturing what reservations you want made when the booking window opens (provided you are paid in full). If you want to speak with them before then, you need to call them using the phone number on your booking confirmation.

You usually get both a call and an email from the shoreside team. They won't accept requests before a specific moment, a few days before your booking window opens, but they'll happily answer your questions and give you details, like dates and hours for specific activities, so you can prepare your requests to send them in at midnight the day of.

I'm not sure that's true. I have certainly never received a phone call from them, and half our Disney cruises have been concierge.
 

each time we paid in full we got an email from shoreside. not had a phone call.
 
Maybe it's based on some option on how to contact you ? We systematically get the phone call and the email on the same day, a few days after we PIF. "Hi, this is Eric with DCL Concierge Shoreside Services..."
 
The first time we booked they phoned the last time they emailed. They do provide a contact number in the email if you prefer telephone. The email I found was better. But we are a different time zone.
 
I've been called by Shoreside multiple times. Twice in the last week as a matter of fact.
 
We've always had the call and the email both. Last time, the phone call was about on day 130, and I had my email of requests prepped and hit send at midnight of day 125. I find shoreside concierge always very helpful. They even called one time to give us a heads up that one of our excursions was being cancelled due to lack of people signing up. :( Bad news, but I was glad to have forewarning.
