Concierge Collection

I'm thinking of using some of my points to book a Concierge collection room in NYC. My UY is March and I have no points left for this year. I banked points from this uy into the next one, which starts March 1st.

I am not planning to go to NY until the 1st week of March. Can I book it now with the new UY's points (since I won't be travelling until March) or would I have to borrow the points to book it now?

Also, has anyone stayed at the Loews Regency in NY? Good, bad or just okay?

As long as your stay will begin on or after 3/1/2008, you can book now. You can use the banked points for it if you so choose.

Can't help with any info on the Loews Regency.
