Concierge add on

I thought I had read in past threads that it was possible to "add on" concierge service to an existing standard room reservation for a daily charge. Is that possible? We are checking in to WL on 8/17 and have been debating making the change. We love the concierge service at AKL, but have heard mixed reviews about concierge at WL.

Any thoughts?

Sometimes when you check-in you can upgrade to concierge for a significantly lower price than you would be quoted in advance by CRO. It seems to be based on availability, and of course is never a guarantee.
