Sure would appreciate someone telling me just what some people are referring to when they talk about getting "concierge (sp?)" It sounds like there might be snack food available for guests and I'm sure other perks. Is this available at most WDW resorts? How much is added to the regular price? Thanks for any explanation.

All I can tell you is what I know. We will be staying concierage for the first time in November.

I think the only resorts that have this are the deluxe which includes Polynesian (where we will be staying), Grand Floridian, Wilderness Lodge, and the Contemporary.

The perks of staying concierage is the lounge with the snacks that change throughout the day. This is pretty much what confirmed for us that this is what we wanted to do. The breakfast items alone will cost us $35 a day.

There are also other added perks including turn-down service, robes in the room, rooms being cleaned twice a day, and help with priority seating and other arrangements. From what I understand it is just general pampering.

Each resort has either a designated floor or a longhouse (Polynesian) where only concierage guests stay. This means that your key gives you access to the lounge where all of the goodies are kept. The cost of this is dependent on the resort, the view, etc. For our stay it was luckily included in the FairyTale Package promotion. This means that I can't help you with pricing.

If any of this information is wrong, I apologize and hope that someone will correct me. Hope that this helps...
