Computer/Website Issues. Please help

What would cause a website to just have a blank page?

I go to the site and log in, after that I just get a blank page. I have tried using IE, Netscape and Firefox.

Any ideas??

It is flash and you don't have flash installed?

Are you using a PC or Mac? Macs can have some problems seeing content on some sites created with older admin technology.

Do other people see the content? Do you have to be on a VPN or internal corporate network to see it (that would likely produce a file not found error).

Or there simply isn't content there depending on how the manage their site it is very possible to have a page where the content is timed to display or hide.

I'm using a PC. I can see the page at work, but not when I get home.

I need to be able to see it at home, because it's training I need to do. Their support doesn't know why I can't see the page.

It could be protected that you need to be on a network to see it, however the support people SHOULD know that. Also you'd likely get an error that the server can't be found.

Are any pop ups or active x controls being blocked when you try to log in?

Are you using the same OS and browser that you have a work. We've been seeing some compatibility issues for some of our net based progams with IE 7.

Everything I'm using is the same. Nothing is being blocked.

I was able to see the page a week ago, but now it's just blank.
