computer people need help!!

sorry to be off topic but I have a problem I cant figure out. I have 2 messages stuck in my outbox but when I hit the task manager and try to end task it keeps saying program not responding. What can I do to get them out. I cant send or recieve emails it has my outlook all jammed up.

Check your outgoing settings if you are using POP email.

Yes and they are still stuck there. This is really crappy!!!!

I will have to get my husband to check for this POP mail setting. I am really bad at computer stuff. Aaaccckkkk!!!

I have had that happen, recently- I think one of the addresses was no longer correct. Anyway I had to delete the message. Close Outlook and reboot. Then rewrite the messages. I have had them hang- up when some of the info is too big- like video etc.

Before you delete the messages just copy and paste the text to a document. That way you don't have to retype the entire thing.

Thanks everyone it was so messed up my husband had to reinstall our system. All fixed now though!!
