Computer crashed and lost ING account #'s

For the people who have ING accounts, if you have had to call them, what info did you have to give them?

I want to make sure that I have all my info {like SS #'s} right in front of me when I call to get my account #'s. That way I don't have to go looking for anything while on the phone.

Just call them up and mainly have your SS#'s ready just in case. They have good ways of verifying information.
