Comprehensive list of all WDW restaurants and DP participation?

hello -- is there a complete list anywhere (in the dis or elsewhere) of all the WDW restaurants (TS and QS) that participate in the DP, that also includes how many credits a meal will use up? Asking because I'm starting to plan my family's first trip to WDW, and I'm finding that some restaurants and 2 credits, some are 1, and I'm wanting to make sure that in setting up our meals, I'm budgeting things properly.

There is a brochure for the DDP on the website. 2015 is accurate, and 2016 won't be complete until the end of the year. You can go off 2015 for planning.
