"Complimentary" Ticket Question

A few months ago, we used one of our days on a 3 day pass to get into IOA. By 10am, the skies had opened up and there was no sign of the rain letting up. It was such a washout, guest services was giving out "rain checks" to return another day.

We want to go back next weekend, but I'm a little nervous about being able to get in with this pass. All GS gave me (for 3 of us) was a Universal business card with "GC" and a few numbers handwritten on the back. :confused3 I assume we go back to GS and redeem it for tickets, but I'm a little worried about working out.

Has anyone had any experience with something like this? I know they absolutely didn't have to do this for us, but I'm really counting on using these "free" passes.

Thanks!

You just go to Guest Services and give them the GC number (It stands for Guest Comment) which in your case was that you were rained out on the previous visit and to issue you 3 tickets (probably 3 one day/one park tickets.) That is all you need to get your comp tickets. Don't worry at all. The person whose name the tickets are in needs to pick them up and to show photo ID.

phamton is right.
she is always right.:thumbsup2

that is all i did one year when i had comp tickets.
guest services, they pulled up the file and i was on my way.

Thank you both! That makes sense now.

Do I need to bring the original tickets - do they have anything to do with the comp tix they'll give me or will they issue new ones?

Thanks again! :goodvibes

No you won't need the original ticket, just the GC number.
