I’m sorry to ask-but, I can’t get through the phone lines. I had two reservations that were cancelled. The first one was for Aulani using 2020 points from an add on that I purchased in December that gave me 2020 points and 2019 points. They allowed me to rebook for September-but, I don’t think it will work, so, can I cancel online and rebook something else or do I need them to do something special to keep these 2019 points active?
My other cancellation was for the Alaska Member Cruise-which was around 800 points. Since these became reservation points, I had to use them for a non-DVC Resort. With so many points-I splurged on a Club Level stay at Christmas. However, since Club Level might not be available, I think This isn’t the best use of these points. I have a February use year for these points which I used 2019 and 2020. So, has the use years for these been extended? Can I move them to a 2021 cruise? Thanks for any help/advice.
