The Magic Kingdom Experience
At this point in time the frumps were splitting up. It wasn't them, it was me...
DUN DUN DUNNNNNN
Just kidding- don't worry it was only for a little while.
Jess, Alicia, and Vickie went in Jess's car to get our park passes while Kristen, Nat, and I took a bus to the Magic Kingdom! Kristen had to renew her annual pass and plus there wouldn't be enough room for all of us in Jess's car
(not that that what stop us from doing that later tonight.. SPOILERS) Doctor Who reference, anyone get that? Yeah? No? okay.. MOVING ON!
We left about 10 minutes after the car crew did. We took the Disney bus to the Magic Kingdom.
MAGIC KINGDOM
MAGIC KINGDOM
MAGIC KINGDOM
The renewing of Kristen's annual pass was nice and easy. But it's Disney of course they're competent
So finally Kristen could get into the park.. but Nat and I couldn't yet. So we waiteddddd and we waitteddd.
And took pictures! HI
After about 20 minutes we called Vickie and they said they were on the monorail and would be right there. After multiple passings of monorails Kristen went into the park to find the perfect angle for me to see the castle to photograph my reaction (first-timer, remember?).
FINALLY the other 3 girls came with our park passes and excuses that the monorail was stuck
After we returned from vacation we found out that the real reason they took so long was that when they parked the car and were walking up to the Magic Kingdom, Jess realized she forgot the passes in the car and they had to go all the way back to get them
While Kristen was in the Magic Kingdom alone she caught some of the Dapper Dans show. She asked them to play Jolly Holiday and they played it just for her. How sweet!
The first of many castle pictures you'll see in this trip report
As we were walking down Main Street it started to rain so we decided to head to Frontierland to find cover and FOOD
