Completed my ADR's - Need A Suggestion

I finished making our ADR's for our trip to WDW in October with my DW and DS4. Here they are.

Day 1: MGM - Dinner at Mama Melrose's

Day 2: Sea World

Day 3: Dinner at Tony's Town Square followed by MNSSHP

Day 4: MK - DW's 40th B'day - Shhhh, it's a surprise!
Breakfast at Crystal Palace
Dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe plus a Birthday Cake

Day 5: Epcot - Garden Grill

Day 6: MK
Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare
Dinner at Tony's Town Square

I'm not sure about keeping our last dinner at the MK at Tony's. I'm opened to suggestions. DW is not a big fan of buffets, and is somewhat of a picky eater. She dosen't like any fancy foods too. DS is like me.......loves to eat!
