Compact Digital Camera Recs!!

Hi all!

I'm off to Disneyland in October with my best friend and we're both in search of new cameras for our big trip...we're doing other parts of the USA as well, however Disneyland and all other west coast theme parks will also be visited

What im really looking for is a reccommendation for a compact digital camera...and i hope its not too much but you'd be suuuuuuper duuuuper helpful if you could post some of your own Disney photos and note what kinda of camera you have???

I cant for the life of me locate a digital camera review website that actually shows the pictures that the camera takes..

And since you all have photos of what ill be taking, id love to know what you all use and how they turn out!!

ps. looking for something anywhere from $270-370 mark I'm Australia so it doesn't matter if you tell in US dollars, we're almost dollar-for-dollar now!

You can also go into the forums of each particular brand of camera and see what owners are saying. I have a Panasonic TZ5 and love it. The 5 just came out a few months ago and the TZ3s which are very close, are very inexpensive right now. This is a small pocketable camera with a 10X zoom, which is my favorite feature. Great camera.

Yeah i go on dpreview but my mine gripe is that i really want to see the actualy photos the camera takes...dpreview used to do it but not anymore

If someone can tell me how I'd be glad to. Also, if you go to DP review to the Panasonic forums, there are quite a few folks that have posted pictures with their new TZ5s. You can go to my photobucket and see some with my TZ3 and my TZ5. Just a few I put over there very quickly. They are untouched other than resizing. The TZ3 ones have captions added to them because they are for the Coral Reef menus.
