Hey everyone. Just wanted to let you guys know I just won a bid for $12/day for a compact car (ford focus or similar) from Hertz. I used priceline for the dates of May 3 - May 10th. This is a lower price than even hotwire's lowest "secret" hotrate for that week which was like $13.95 for an economy car.
I think the total came to $150 with tax for the week. Best price I've seen in a while for a car rental that doesn't require a shuttle and a long line. If you are looking for a car in orlando this spring, now is a good time to bid.
