communities with splash pools

There are so many choices for the Orlando area. But, we are narrowing down our wishes. We're looking for a 3 bedroom townhouse or villa with a splash pool. We are hoping you can help us flush out the communities to check. So far we know about Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms that both seem to have townhomes with splash pools. We would be winter travellers, so we think heating the splash pool and walking over to the community's big pool would suit us. We don't really need a 4 or 5 bedroom home to get the big pool and spa. We are a party of 5, maybe 7 if we can talk Gramma and grampa into coming along. Anyway - which communities do we need to check out?

There's also Encantada and Terra Verde. Their 3 townhomes have a splash pool and 4 br townhomes have a bit bigger than a splash pool. Encantada is new and in the Formosa Gardens area. Terra Verde is about the same age as Windsor Palms and in the south Poinciana Blvd area.
