Hi All

I will be at WDW the week of Sept. 13th - it is just my husband and I going (both 30 years old). We have the following PS reservations made and I am looking for comments/opinions on our lineup!!

Sat -- California Grill (8:30pm so we can see the MK fireworks)

Sun --- Restaurant Marekesh at Morocco at Epcot

Mon --- Spoodles at Boardwalk

Tues --- Polynesian Luau ( I know the food is not great but my husband really loves the Luau and likes to go every time we are at WDW!)

Wed -- Jiko at the Animal Kindgom Lodge

Thurs -- Olivias at Old Key West

Friday -- we are going to eat counter service at MGM while we wait for Fantasmic!!

Thanks for the opnions/info. PS: the only place above that we have eaten at before is Jiko (and Luau) and also - my husband HATES fish which is why there are no fish restaurants on our list!!

Well you have two of our favorite WDW restaurants Jiko & Spoodles. We eat at both on every trip we take. I would reccomend the Tuna steak & Flatbreads at Spoodles and Beef tenderloin w/ macroni & cheese plus Flatbreads at Jikos.

We did the Poly Luau again last Dec. and really loved it. There were four adults in our party and we all thought the show and food was very good.

From what I've read (I've never been) the Luau has changed very much. It closed in April I believe to be changed. It may not be the show your family is looking forward to seeing anymore.

I like a lot of your choices, and can say that the Marakesh restaurant may be one of the most overlooked places in all of Epcot. The food is fantastic, the service great and the entertainment... well, who doesn't love a belly dancer?

I've never really done counter service at MGM, because I tend to always eat at the Prime Time 50's Diner while I'm there. It might be one of my all-time favorite places to eat! What I've done in the past is have a very late lunch there, and then, while waiting for Fantasmic, get one of those amazing, messy, fun turkey legs to munch on in line.

Have a great time! Can't wait to hear about the new, hopefully improved Luau!

Richard
