My FW and I were thinking about making ps at Narcoosee's. She loves chicken dishes and I love shellfish. We also want something romantic. Any comments on this restaurant are appreciated.
Thanks! :smooth:

I don't know if I would consider Narcoossee's a romantic restaurant. It has a nice, though casual, atmosphere and is not spectacular unless you get a window table looking across the lagoon to the MK. The food was very good though and one of the best Filet Mignons I have had.

DH and I have eaten at this restaurant twice. We really liked it both times, and we're looking forward to eating there during our trip this coming week :D I think that this restaurant has good food, very nice water views, and is pretty romantic IMHO too. I'm sure that your FW will love this restaurant:D

Narcoosee's is a fine restaurant, but I don't consider it terribly romantic. Because the fireworks can be seen from the restaurant (and from the deck outside) it is usually crowde with kids. And it isn't very quiet--the accoustics are quite poor. But as I say, the food is great!!
Citrico's (also in GF) is a tad more romantic--.

We ate their on our honey moon trip 2 yrs ago. The seafood was wonderful, for desert if you get a chance try the Earl Grey Cheese Cake, Ive never found any where else. If your their at night you can watch the water parade go by. I thought it was a very romantic place, and depending on where your sitting Im sure its fairly quite.

You won't be disappointed in the meal. I have had some great meals here. Romantic it's not. I would reccomend Citrico's which is also at the GF but you will find the atmosphere quieter, a bit more elegant, fewer children and great martinis.

We enjoy Narcoosee's and Citrico's and agree that you'll probably see less small children at Citrico's if that is an issue for you. They both have very good food and service.

We usually eat on the earlier side...6:00 or so and have never really had a problem with noise at Narcoosee's. Perhaps it's that any children there aren't too tired and rowdy at that hour. It does have a wonderful view.

We LOVE Narcoosee's, and that is where DH and I go on our datenight. We usually get a table for 2 by the window, overlooking the Seven Seas Lagoon, and the MK. We usually get an early seating, around 5:30, because then we get the prime table, and it hasn't gotten as busy, so it is not as loud.

As for romantic... I feel that we make our own romance, and looking out at Cinderella's castle changing colors while the sun sets, is romantic for us.

The food is wonderful, and the service is topnotch!

The dress code is as dressy, or casual as you prefer... that is what we like... we can feel comfortable there, no matter what!

I think you should try it!
