Is there any possible way to get our tickets extended if we are not staying onsite for the free dining deal?

The deal does not offer this day, so I can't modify the existing reservation. Just didn't know if I could add on a ticketed day and use my ticket a day early?

Thanks! :goodvibes

I am also going to be coming in a day early and did not want to extend it to my actual "trip" per say...so I just booked a room only for that night. I get in late the day before so I'm just planning on getting dinner at dtd and maybe walking around. If you really want to you should be able to activate your tickets only (not the dining package) at the guest services window at the park up to 3 days before your check in date. Just change your park tickets from 5 days to 6 days (or however many days) in your package.

You can get your package tickets up to 3 days prior to package check-in. Go to Guest Relations at the entrance to one of the four theme parks (or DTD) and request early ticket pick-up. Bring your package reservation info with you, and photo I.D. Then you can add on an additional park day. Many posters here have reported that the procedure works as described.

Here's a technical explanation. Go to Post 15-I. It's slightly out-of-date, but the info is correct. http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1452684
