If we go to the PPP my DD3 1/2 will most likely be wearing an Aurora dress all night. Does anyone have suggestions for shoes that will match and look pretty but will still comfortable to walk in all night.

If nothing else there's always her pink crocs.

I bought DD the Alice style crocs. They look like Alice in wonderland shoes and DD loves them. They are one of her more comfy pairs of shoes.

I always got the ked's type white sneakers (often from payless :) ) and then customized them with sparkles, paint and or laces and charmes.

You can also do mary janes if your dd finds them comfy esp since they now come in various colors, they always look nice with a princess dress!

One of my favorite photos from our GG is my granddaughter just after leaving BBB in her Cinderella gown-and pink crocs! :goodvibes

Disney sells shiny, low heeled flip flop - type sandals which are my daughters favorites. They match the Princess dresses, and run about $18 (I think).

Yep my dd got the gold ones to go with the Arura dress at the BBB and wore the the whole night at the PPP last year, we are hoping they have thoes flip flops in the sizes and colors to match the dresses they pick this year, she loved them, they lasted all summer too, that was in late feb. so she wore them all summer after that!

We have tons of "princess" shoes at home and I knew I didn't want dd walking around the parks in them.

We just had her wear her pink mickey crocs or her white/pink sneakers w/ her princess dresses.

I saw way too many little girls complaining about their shoes while walking around the parks. One girl was in the ladies room in the GF and her feet were all swollen and red from wearing the matching shoes to her princess dress.

I think the pink crocs would be fine, very comfortable. My DD always wore little white keds, sometimes even the little mary jane t-strap keds, that way she looked cute but was still in comfy sneaker. Of course, this was before the days of crocs, if she's wearing a pink Aurora dress and already has pink crocs, I'd probably just go with those! Have a great time at the PPP, we did the very first one last January and loved it! pirate: princess:

I saw lots of little Princesses wearing Crocs at EPCOT a few weeks ago! They looked cute, and their little feet didn't hurt!

We bought my daughter sparkly slip on dress shoes from Target - they have silver and pink. She wore silver with her Cinderella dress and pink with Aurora. I think they were like $7

Payless and Target both have a good selection of sparkly ballet flats for little girls. My DDs wore them for halloween this year -- one as Tink, one as Minnie -- and they were much more comfortable for walking than those plastic shoes w/ heels.

I bought them on clearance the year before, so they ran me 25-30. Really pretty thin strap sandals with a very short heel and irredescent sequins that gave them a small bit of sparkle, that matched all her princess dresses. She wore her black/red Disney Crocs with her Minnie and pirate outfits.

What about her blue and pink lelli kelly's? How are those? They're new and she hasn't worn them for long yet (snow) so I'm not sure how comfortable they are.

I just told them flat out - NO PRINCESS SHOES. And after having just worn fancy shoes all day at our wedding not long before, they didn't argue with me when I reminded them how uncomfortable their feet were.... :wizard:

"You're wearing your Crocs with your princess dresses. No princess shoes. We have WAY too much walking to do. End of story." :thumbsup2:

This was exactly what I was going to say. My DD has those shoes in pink, silver, black (2 pair) and red (2 pair). Can you tell we are addicted to sparkly shoes. :rotfl: They are her favorites and if you get them on sale, they only cost about $8. They look so cute with jeans too.

LK seem to be comfortable on my DD's feet but if you are concerned about getting them a little dirty in the park (or possibly wet) I'd go with the Crocs. (Especially for the price.) Those are super cute. princess:

I guess we'll go with the crocs. I think the sneakers'll be good in the daytime, but I definately agree that they can get stained easy at night, but I thought I'd ask. Will it be too cold for her to be barefoot last week of Feb/first few days of March at night? I'll bring some thin nylon white tights just in case.
