I am sure there must be a thread about this - or 100 threads lol - but I am just wondering how comfortable the bedding is in the new Art of Animation hotels.

I usually do two rooms at the value since there are six of us but am considering the larger rooms (suites) at say the Lion King resort. Sometimes fold out couches/wall unit beds are not comfy :(

Thanks for any help or links to any existing threads.

We found the sofa bed and the murphy (table) bed to be quite comfy. I tested them out but didn't actually spend the entire night on either of those. But, my kids slept on them and did not have any complaints, including my adult-sized teenage son.

However, I found the queen bed in the master bedroom to be horribly uncomfortable. It was hard, stiff and creaky. I was able to fall asleep ok at night because I was exhausted from being in the parks all day, but I would wake up about 5am and not be able to go back to sleep. My hips would be sore when I woke up from the hard mattress, so I had to get out of bed. My husband, on the other hand, loved the ultra-firm mattress. I guess it's a matter of opinion.

Just my 2 cents :)

We stayed at AoA in a LK suite last November and found all the beds to be just fine. DH and I are fairly picky about beds and we slept on all 3 at various times and never had a problem.
