Comfort Inn Lake Buena Vista shuttles?

Hello! I am heading to Florida in February and was wondering how reliable the shuttles are to WDW from the Comfort Inn on Lake Buena Vista.

I didn't use the shuttle when I stayed there, but I can tell you that I never saw the bus, but in the mornings, there was always a long line of people waiting for it.... this was just 2 weeks ago, so the crowds will be different in Feb.
