Just tell me the ages and intrests of who is going to be there and I will plan a trip to Orlando for you. Itenerary of each day and a total trip cost. I can only do 1 person at a time thogh. So step right up!!

Ok, I'll give it a go...

Father and son, age 14. Both have been to Disney almost every year since 1997. Been to CBR twice, ASMu once, ASMo once, WL once (with another trip planned to WL in December 2005).

Currently booked for arrival Saturday June 11 at 9:30am. Departing 7:30pm Tuesday June 14. You recommend the resort - budget no concern. AP holders with DDE.

Very interested in Star Wars weekend, thrill rides, new rides for 50th celebration.

Let's see what you can do.

-Joe

alrighty, I'm a newby. I'll take any advise I can get.
DH(45), DS(13), DS(3) and myself(37).
We are staying at the ASMovie. We arrive June 26th and leave July 3.
We have several PS already booked for luch an dinner. only two breakfast. One the first day and one the last.
We plan on parent swapping when needed.
This will be our first trip to WDW. We have been to Disneyland, several times though.
Thanks for your help :earsgirl:

Day 1 I reccomend the POP century resort and the 50's building. this will
rock. when you get there, explore a bit and chill at the pool. Then, unpack and head to MGM around 3:00 or earlier. So ride Rock n Rollercoaster TOT acouple of times and do the fantasmic dinner package. this will be the perfect end to your first Disney Day.

Day 2 today we will have a morning at Epcot to do Sorin and Mission Space then its off to the Grand Floridian to do Parsailing and watersports! then back to epcot to eat your way around the world as I call it! Stop and get some food at every country!!

Day 3 Richard Petty driving Experience you can drive your own REAL race car and speed REALLY fast!!!!!!! then do STAR WARS WEEKENDS at MGM

day 4Go to MK and hit all mountains plus see Cinderellabration and Dinner at Chef Mickeys

I hope you are happy with this itenrary. i am sorry if this does not work out.

DAY 1 this is not the day you first arrive it is your first Full day.
today start out at the MK I suggest taking a Family pic in front of Main Steet with a pro. They will give you a card called a photo pass. you turn this in when your day is over and all your pro taken pics will show up on the card they can add funky little tinkerbells or other animated images to show up on the card. Just ask the pro taking the pic if you can have a mickey, tinkerbelle etc. First go straight for fantasy land for ds-3 you can have ds13 just watch on most of these rides. all of these are made specificly for toddlers. you have Dumbo, Peter Pan, Winnie the pooh, Snow White , Small World. next head for adventureland. this has Jungle cruise a boat ride with Audio animatronic animals, but a scary part that is dark for a while so just have ds3 be comforted and warned. youll see it coming. Then we have Magic Carpets of Aladin. this is like dumbo but only on carpets. so its a love it or skip it ride. Next, Pirates you shuld mabye have ds3 sit out this one. but he'll LOVE the gift shop. Then tommorow land. Do Buzz Lightyear!!this is a hit with all kids expect to do it 2 to 3 times. then we have the TTA this is a nice sothing ride on little cars up high that gently go through Space Mountain and you are able to see all of Tommorowland!!!!!! this has put many cranky toddlers to a nap. then mabye have 1 parent chill with ds3 at the hotel and have the other do the Mountains with ds13 then have everyone regroup for Wishes a nighttime spectacular at the MK

day 2
Epcot today first start out with Future World. do the land with the fam you have all these nature and health related rides and shows.this is a great educational op! then do the living seas. Big aquarium that is finding nemo thememed your kids will love this. then its the IMAGINATION pavillion yoiu can clim abord a train of thought in the sound lab and other cool stuff awaits
Then test track. this is not scary, just fast your ds3 will be fine on this if he is over 40 inches. Then have ds3 play on fountains by Test Track While ds13 does Mission Space Then the world showcase is the place to do next. World shwcase is a trip to 11 countries in 2 hours! this is the other part of Epcot. you can taste and learn about the countries and food and cultures in a fun and educational way that even preschoolers can enjoy!!

day 3 MGM
Also known as the Disney Studios this is a real working TV and Movie Studio also a theme park!!! First, split off. Dad and ds13 go on Tower of Terror and RocknRollercoaster while mom and ds3 do Playhouse Disney live, an interactive show featuring Rolie Polie olie, pooh bear, and Stanly Then hit the Little mermaid, Beauty and the beast and other disney classics. then see who wants to be a millionare Play it with the whole fam!! Make a reservation to eat at the Sci-Fi diner. It is a little pricey, but very cool. You sit in tables shaped like cars and the whole restaurant is like a drive in movie in the 50's. It is dimly lighted and sci-fi previews and old commercials play on the movie screen. It is a cool experience. Muppet vision live is a fun 3-D show but can be loud in some places. Ds13 will love Star Wars and Ds 3 can go nearby to Pizza Planet arcade and maybe meet woody or buzz there.

day 4

Animal Kingdom - Make sure to go first thing in the morning because it gets warmer than the other parks because of all the trees and stuff to make it jungle like inside. go to the back of the park fist to do Kilamanjaro safaris, which is like a ride through Africa. You are most likely to see animals up close early in the morning. Then you can catch some of the other highlights in the park. Camp Minnie/mickey is great for meeting characters and the lion king show and Tarzan Rocks show will entertain everyone. Then go to Dinoland, Ds 13 can go on the dinosaur ride while ds3 digs in the dino boneyard or plays on the massive play structure. There is also a wild mouse type rollercoaster there and a dumbo like ride (with Dinosuars of course. There is also a McDonalds in Dinoland, which we always seem to end up eating at because the food is familiar and a little cheaper than other places. If it is a hot day and you want to get wet, go to Kali River Rapids. You will get VERY wet. for the bigger rides, always use a fast pass rather than waiting in line. If the line says over 30 minutes it is usually better just to fast pass rather than waste your time.

I hope this helps. I am 10 - but I have been to disney 11 times. Read the guide books before you go and look at the maps> you can never be too prepared to do disney

Good luck :) :earsboy:

I'd love some help with my plan!

Okay we are planning on going next May. Myself (26), DH (27), DS (5) and MIL and FIL. We want to stay at the Poly (2 rooms) preferably facing the beach but not necessary. We will be staying for 6 nights and 7 days with Park Hopper passes for 6 nights and 7 days. A character meal would be nice (preferably not princess or son would have a fit :rotfl: ) and I would like to try the luau at the poly if it would be appropriate for DS. He likes pirates, star wars and anything playhouse disney.
Can't wait to see what you come up with. Thanks.
Kelly

P.S. This is DS first trip ever. Mine and DH second trip since 1987.

We are getting 2 day Park hoppers with a PI/DQ option. We also have a PLUS option left on 3 day hoppers that we got last year and want to go to Typhoon Lagoon(Don't stress. We got these from Disney). VERY interested in Star Weekend and we have a PS at Rose and Crown for 5/22. Not interested in seeing AK. Went last year and we can do without it until Everest. LOVE the thrill rides and coasters. We are going to spend the rest of our time in front of the pool, shopping and going to IOA. What can you do for me?

I could use some help too! This is my first time planning for more than just me and DH. Our May 2006 trip will be with another couple-newbies!!

We love MK and MGM. We want to show our newbie friends as much as possible without making them pass out. We hope to do a character meal and atleast 2 dinners.
Nevermind-though sweet I didnt know she was only 10...Thanks anyway!

Ok, my turn!
First time to disney with kids. Two boys (4 & 6) and my wife so 4 of us. We are staying at All Star movies from 9/28 - 10/2. We arrive at 2 adn will be departing at 3. Now what??!! :)

Ok, I copied this from another post I have:

It is DH, Me, DS12, DD10, DS10. THe kids aren't big thrill ride kind of kids. We are staing one night at Grosvener on May 29th then check into AKL May 30-June 4th. Planning on hitting DTD from Grosvener.

We have our park tickets, rooms, etc. I am not worried about the cost (doing MYW package/dining with my email code).

Here is what I have so far:

Check in early, early on Monday (May 30th) at AKL. Plan to just get park tickets, go to Animal Kingdom for a while. We have PS's a Chef Mickey at 6:20 PM. Probably hit one of the parks after dinner or just hop on the monorail and look around.

Tuesday we plan on going to MK. We have a PS at Crystal Palace at 11:35, not sure if we will use this or not, might save the TS for another day.

Wednesday back to MK. Dinner PS at LTT 5:55--Might do a water park in the AM and go to MK for late afternnoon/evening since this is an EMH night.

Thursday Epcot--Tepenayki at 5:30

Friday-one of the water parks--Boma for breakfast at 9:00, maybe DQ in the afternoon

Saturday-open, no plans, have all day, going to Cocoa Beach for a few days so we can stay as long as we want.

Now, what would you do in each park and when? I am hoping to get on the safari asap in the morning and want to do Spaceship Earth first at Epcot, other then that, no clue.

Here is what we have for "must do's":

AK--Tough to be a bug, Kali, Safari, Tree of Life and Lion King

MK--Buzz, Jungle Cruise, Philharmagic, Pirates, Hall of Presidents, Wishes

Ep--honey, I shrunk the audience, Innovations, Soring, Mission SPace (need to get some dramamine for this), Test Track, Living Seas (turtle talk), Illuminations

The kids are not big on thrill rides so if we miss the big coasters, Splash Mountain, etc, not a big deal. Is there an order to do these things that works, do you just start at the park entrance an work your way around, clockwise, counterclockwise? What are we missing that is a MUST see? We are early risers, usually up by 6:30 or so, so getting to parks at opening isn't a problem.

DizChick05...did you say you're 10 or did I misunderstand...?

Ok, I want to play too!!!

Who's going: Me, 41, my DS 6, my mom, 65.

When: Arriving October 1st, flight lands at 6:15. Leaving
October 8th at 6:10.

Staying: POR

I have been to Disney approximately 10 times. Once with DS when he was 3 (he doesn't remember a lot of it).

thanks for plans dear.
I've read every book so far, and can't wait until June 26. It seems as though time is going by so slowly.
God Bless :earsgirl:

I'm leaving in little over a week and pretty much have the plans but curious to see what you'd come up with.

We are 26, 27... it just occurred to me I had a mental lapse and wrote the wrong ages on my signatures. I just fixed them. Oops.

DH wants to go to IOA for one day. :)
We are pretty active and I walk really fast!
