I haven't tried since I got my laptop so maybe i should look into it again. Can I have your link for referrel? U can send it in PM:)

Oh, bummer! I just sent you a PM. Sorry I missed this post yesterday!

Good luck! :thumbsup2

So I signed up for SS (thanks Cheri!) but I can't even cash out till Ive been a member for 45 days! I leave in 37!

And I saw there is no spectro when I am down there.. I am very sad over this as I actually planned to hit spectro on our MK night. sigh :(

So today is a sad day to report.

I had to put my 16 year old boxer to sleep. She was an amazing dog who has been through so much (we adopted her from a bad situation when she was 10) and was such a huge part of my family. I just set up her cremation and she will come back home to us next week. I am just so sad and I slept with her last night on the air mattress and spent the night talking to her. I am at a loss and my 6 year old boxer seems so lost without her already. That was his "big sister" and he knew it was coming---he layed with her and licked her constantly the last few days.

On a happier note, 4 weeks from today we will be ready to land in Orlando in about 30 minutes. I am so excited and I am picking up my travel stuff from AAA tomorrow (DME tags etc). I just ordered Melissa's kids lanyards from ebay and a bunch of pins for them all to either keep or trade.

This weekend is Ashleys 12th birthday and we are going to see a Cirque show at Foxwoods casino and we'll be getting her and 2 friends nails manicured and hair straightened before we go. A girls day ;)

So there is my mini update. Lots going on but no real time to post.
I am thinking that since I am bringing my laptop to Disney that I may just do a live report so that I can't slack after I return.

oh my gosh, I know how you feel. We lost our first born baby (a chihuahua) a couple months ago, and I still cry sometimes. I don't even want to think about it because I will start crying and I'm at work. I am just so sad for your loss.

Well, the trip being one month away sure helps.

And what a fun weekend you have planned! Your trip will be here before you know it...

so sorry to hear about your dog...i konw it is a hard time..hope you can keep yhour mind on other things like disney.

I am so sorry Michelle about your doggie.

I would love a live TP, there was one on here a coupleyears back that was great. Timon

Thinking of you:hug:

the best friend a man has in the world many turn
against him and become his worst enemy. His son or daughter that he has
reared with loving care may prove ungrateful. Those who are nearest and
dearest to us, those whom we trust with our happiness and our good name,
may become traitors to their faith. The money that a man has, he may
lose. It flies away from him, perhaps when he needs it the most. A man's
reputation may be sacrificed in a moment of ill-considered action. The
people who are prone to fall on their knees to do us honor when success
is with us may be the first to throw the stone of malice when failure
settles its cloud upon our heads. The one absolutely unselfish friend
that a man can have in this selfish world, the one that never deserts
him and the one that never proves ungrateful or treacherous is his dog.
Gentleman of the jury, a man's dog stands by him in prosperity and in
poverty, in health and in sickness. He will sleep on the cold ground,
where the wintry winds blow and the snow drives fiercely, if only he may
be near his master's side. He will kiss the hand that has no food to
offer, he will lick the wounds and sores that come in encounters with
the roughness of the world. He guards the sleep of his pauper master as
if he were a prince. When all other friends desert he remains. When
riches take wings and reputation falls to pieces, he is as constant in
his love as the sun in its journey through the heavens. If fortune
drives the master forth an outcast in the world, friendless and
homeless, the faithful dog asks no higher privilege than that of
accompanying him to guard against danger, to fight against his enemies
and when the last scene of all come, and death takes the master in its
embrace and his body is laid away in the cold ground, no matter if all
other friends pursue their way, there by his grave side will the noble
dog be found. his head between his paws, his eyes sad but open in alert
watchfulness, faithful and true even to death."

Thank you Pam for the poem...I couldnt bring myself here to read it until today--this has been so hard on me.
Here is a picture taken of her and my son the night before she passed. She was very old (16) so keep this in mind. I miss her so much

So on a happier note...We took the kids to Dave & Busters for Trae's birthday back on June 28th...Then we went to the park. It consisted of my 2 kids, my 2 nieces and my nephew...Here are a few pics we got that day (my camera died :( )

ry%3D320

Trae playing DEAL OR NO DEAL---he won 400 tickets--the *million dollars*.

And then Ashley's birthday was this past Saturday...we are currently remodeling her room and it is almost done---we have the furniture in there now (just the bed in this pic) and curtains and we are putting up shelves and framed art and some bonsai. She wanted an "asian" inspired room for her pre-teen days...sigh

ry%3D320

ry%3D320

Very grown up compared to her old blue walls with butterflies and pink curtains, with carpeting.

Ill post more when it is 100% complete.

We also took her and my niece to see Cirque this past Saturday--IT WAS AMAZING!!! I only got a few photos before we went since NO cameras or cell phone pics allowed...And they WERE watching to make sure nobody took pics or video. The girls dressed "punk" 80's but not too much..it was cute. I'll upload the pics later and post.

3 WEEKS TODAY!!! I can't believe how fast it is coming. Everyone is getting an equal mix of excited and nervous ;)

going to go clean a bit and will be back with some more photos.

So this is the girls before we went, acting goofy in Ashley's room:

I suggest anyone near Foxwoods try and go see
Cirque_Dreams.jpg

The good seats were only $40 pp and the upper level $25...Not bad ;)
It is playing the whole month of August.

Your trip is SO CLOSE!

It is close---yet SO far away! I am on pins and needles waiting for time to pass. We still have to finish putting spending cash to the side, make the mousekeeping envelopes, buy things like rechargeable batteries etc...just need to make a list and start checking things off. That will be my plan next week.

Hey Michelle! So cool that you will have a long enuf trip to schedule in some NOTHING time! At least you won't be running around the WHOLE time you're there.

So sorry about your dog. I'm not a pet person, but the guy I'm dating has a dog. After being around her, I NOW understand how people become sooo attached to them!

Seems like you all had fun at Dave n Busters! I used to go there alot when I used to work near one! That place is alot of fun - and it sucks up alot of your money too!!!

Well, you don't have too much longer before your trip!!! Don't forget to buy plenty of glow in the dark stuff from the dollar store!!!!

I can't imagine my life without a dog. They can be pains, but it is like another family member. My dogs are my babies. Chance needs a new friend (he is lonely) but I need to give it a few months first.

I love D&B's. We had a blast...I have photos of my mom playing hoops. It was a riot. SHe never does stuff like that.

Ok, so we marked off 20 on the calendar...means we are down to 19 days!!!! WOOOHOOO
