Okay, I jumped on the scale and gained a total of 4 to 5 lbs. I feel bloated so I'm hoping that is a contributing factor. Though I doubt it is a total of 5 lbs though
I've been exercizing like crazy. I guess I told myself it was okay to eat more when I've been exercising but it must not be so. Today is Monday so I'm back to the basics. Following Weight Watchers to the tee is what I'm going to do.
The great thing in all this is when I exercise it's not as hard as it used to be. I can do an hour of my kickboxing video and I'm not dying on the floor. My goal is to be a healthy, active Granny someday so I guess I'm on the right track. The weight will hopefully follow!
