Combo PTR & TR w/a side of Scrapbooking: I'm Back! TR link posted!

other fun breakfast ADRs are

Ohana - if you are fans of Lilo and Stitch, I went to see Mickey in a Hawaiian shirt :)
Tusker House - at AK - it got us in the parks early, met all the characters so we didn;t have to wait in line at Camp Minnie Mickey - well we did wait for Minnie as breakfast has Donald, Mickey, Goofy and Daisy. Plus the Jungle Juice was yummy, as was the pot of coffee we got!

As your kids loved Playhouse Disney maybe Hollywood & Vine with the Little Einsteins and JoJo? I have never been so can't comment on food or characters.

That is not soo pathetic, Miss Kimberly! ;) At least it's a starting point! :thumbsup2

I see you are waiting on the crowd level lists? Is that UG? OR TGM? Cause I have a subscription to UG - I could look it up for you if you want! I so know a few cause we overlap! Let me know if you want me to look up your dates for you, I'd be happy to do it! It help us plan our meet as well! :yay:

My suggestion for breakfast would be Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club! We are giving serious consideration to this one! It looks really nice! Or how about the one at AK - Tusker House - Donald's Safari Breakfast, I think? It looks cool too! :)

I agree with Kimberly and Drakes - Ohana, Tusker House, and Cape May are great places for a character breakfast! I'd have to say Ohana was the most fun and also had the best food of the three.

Your DH's birthday dinner - I would recommend LeCellier or Big River Grille!

Thanks for all the dining suggestions! :flower3:

I think I'm going with Ohana's for breakfast- the kids will love seeing Lilo and Stitch!

I'm still up in the air with Birthday Dinner for DH-
I'm leaning towards LeCellier but he may like Big River Grille too:upsidedow Decisions, Decisions! Looking at both menus, he'd probably get a steak and I think LeCellier's steaks might be a little yummier. At least it's narrowed down to 2 now and at least I have a whole month to decide since I can't make any ADR's with this 90 day mess :headache:

Now I'm off to revamp my pathetic itinerary since my wonderful friend Kim (NorthernDisneyGirl) took the time to send me the parks to avoid list from UG!!! :thanks:

Hopefully not as pathetic as before, but still a work in progress! It will probably change once I find out the nights for Fantasmic :goodvibes

Fri Jan 22- Start the loooong car trip to FL around 4am (or earlier if I can convince DH), Stop overnight on the way

Sat Jan 23- Finish the drive and check in at CBR in the morning, Head to MK- we always head to MK first thing since you're not really at Disney until you walk down Main Street and see that beautiful castle! :cloud9:

Sun Jan 24- MK, Epcot in the evening?

Mon Jan 25- Breakfast at Ohana's, DHS

Tues Jan 26- MK

Wed Jan 27- DH's Birthday- I'm letting him pick the park we visit this day! He'll probably pick his favorite, Epcot! Birthday Dinner at LeCelliers which will work out nicely if he picks Epcot:thumbsup2.

Thurs Jan 28- AK

Fri Jan 29- We usually don't plan a park forthe last day and go to whichever one we missed the most at or bounce around to a couple of them, We'll end at MK for Wishes to end our trip!

Sat Jan 30- The sad, sad day we have to check out and head home:sad2:

I'm still up in the air with Birthday Dinner for Jason-

You should definitely make an ADR at LeCellier because they are so hard to get. That way you have it if you want it. And if you decide to go to BRG they don't take ADR's, so you won't need one. :goodvibes

Good thinking! I completely forgot BRG doesn't take ADR's- although I kinow you told me that before. :rolleyes1 I think I'll make the ressie for his Bday at LeCellier and we'll tray to walk in to BRG for a lunch or dinner sometime during the week.

I forgot that Jason and Andy have the same b-day! What did you do last year for him? We did Cali Grill because that's Andy's absolute favorite restaurant! I love it too, I'm just cheap and hate spending two TS credits on it. But they did and OUTSTANDING job...it was super-special for us! We did Le Cellier one year and the filet was great, I just didn't get to enjoy it because Keaton was being uncooperative (I guess he was 9 months at the time). You could do Biergarten for his dinner and he could get his German beer and enjoy the band!:rotfl::dance3:

I would love to try Ohana breakfast! I'm just not sure I want to go to b-fast at a hotel then still have to travel to a park for opening. I don't know why that would be a big deal, just seems like a lot of work (I'm SO not a morning person)! We've only done Tusker House for breakfast (and the old Breakfastasaurus). They're great, fun atmosphere, the kids get to play instruments and dance with the characters. And OH, the Jungle Juice...

I forgot they share bdays too! Last year, we did Chef Mickey's for breakfast and skipped out on doing a dinner. It didn't go as planned at CM. They forgot that it was his bday even though it was on the ressie. I paid for that little bday package centerpiece thingy and they forgot that too. :sad2:
That's why I'd really like to make this year a little more special- plus it's a milestone year, his 35th!

WOOT!! I'm all got up and I have to tell you from one scrapbook fanatic to another I ADORE your scrapbook pages!! You will have to give me some hints (If I can PM you) about where you got all those Disney embellishments!! I'm going to be ordering for my birthday the CM Storybook Plus and I will need all the help I can get to create my Disney scrapbooks!! I have like 3 I want to make digitally!!

I'm very excited about your trip!! You guys are going to have a blast!! I can't wait to hear more about your must dos!!

I have heard great things about the Ohana Breakfast and I love Le Cellier so I hope you'll be able to get those!!!!!

This looks like a great first draft! :thumbsup2 We arrive on the 26th and are planning on hitting MK that afternoon/evening! We are also planning on Epcot the next day and AK the day after! Me thinks a meet is inevitable! We are also planning on eating at Le Cellier on that Epcot day! Not sure if it will be a lunch or supper yet! I get to make my ADRs on the same day that the 180 opens so we will see how that goes! :scared1:

:lmao: Perhaps we should just make all our ressies and plans together! When I call for LeCellier I'll tell them it's for a party of 8! :rotfl:
A meet is definitely in order! :woohoo:

I'm having a bittersweet day...my baby started K today. I made it until he got all the way on the bus and he couldn't see me before I melted down. He was so excited and I didn't want to give him any reason to to be nervous.

The good side to him being in school now is that I can plan this trip a little easier. I don't have to hide my binder and can get away with lots more while he's gone for the day.:thumbsup2
Trying to look on the bright side. :rolleyes1

He was so excited to wear his Star Wars shirt and carry his new Wall-E backpack and lunch box!

OH, is that ever sweet!!! Great pictures. I know how hard it is. I've survived sending two off to school. The worst was when my oldest went to pre-school for the first time. She'd never been in daycare (just grandma). Here I was leaving her with total strangers!! For 2 1/2 hours!! I got to the parking lot (with the little one) and lost it! I had to call DH and make sure it was okay! Now, I'm thrilled to send them off! ;)
It does get easier!!
Just don't forget to put your binder away before he comes home from school! Happy planning!

:lmao: My sister just laughed at me this morning and said the day will come when I'll be super excited counting the days until school starts and he will be the one dreading it! Her kids are 9 and 13 and she did her happy dance last week while they were dragging feet getting on the bus. :rotfl:

Aw, your first day of school pics are so cute! :goodvibes I remember sending them off to the first day of kindergarten. Is your school all day or half day kindergarten? When DS10 started school it was all day where we lived. I hated that. So did he! Then we moved to our current school district and it was half day when DS7 went. Much better. Much easier putting my baby on the bus when I knew he would be home in 3 hours!

My kids go back next Tuesday. But they get to meet their teachers this week.
