I got a package reservation for 14 nights this Fall on the free dining promotion, but I want to add a night on the front and back, but could only get a max of 14 nights on the package. So I made two one night room only reservations, one for the night before my package reservation stay, and one at the end. Can these reservations be combined somehow so that I am sure to stay in the same room?

Yes you can, as I have done it before in a similar situation. The regular call center folks are unable to do this. You have to escalate it to another department. I'm not 100% on the name, since it's been a few years, but it might be Guest Relations, or something similar. You might get push back from whomever you are initially on the phone with, but be persistent that this is something that is able to be done. As long as you are able to be connected with the right team. My best advice is to be persistent, and keep trying until someone can help, even if it takes a couple calls. It would be dreadful to change rooms after being in one for two weeks!

Hopefully someone else can chime in the verify the dept name....

Were you able to do this in order to have a single package reservation for more than 14 nights? Because that is what the OP's issue is. Packages are limited to 14 nights.

You can certainly call and ask them to place a note on the reservations stating you have three, back-to-back reservations and would like to stay in the same room. When you arrive at the resort, simply tell the front desk CM that you have continuing reservations and would like to stay in the same room the entire time. They will do their best to accommodate you. I've had back-to-back reservations at two resorts and they always found a way to keep me in the same room

We have a FD package booked at YC July 6-14. I wanted to add an extra day, July 5, but there wasn't availability as part of the package so had to book it as a room only. I'm also hoping to be able to stay in the same room!
