If you have two nights in the same room class at the same resort, but one is through one rented point reservation and one is via another rented point reservation (different point owners) will the villa allow you to stay in the same room for both nights and/or combine them?

You need to supply both confirmation numbers to the members that you rented from, and have them contact Member Services to link the reservations.

Thanks for the info. Can a combined reservation include a dining plan that covers both dates or do they need to be re-upped in the middle of the stay?

If they are linked, you can get the DDP for the entire stay. To be linked both components must be correct down to the view type, room type. For example, one cannot be a lockoff and one a dedicated 2 BR or one cannot be a HH OKW and the other a non HH OKW reservation. If they can't be linked, you can still get it for each component but it would be separate and the credits from the first segment would have to be used by MN on the changeover day and the credits from the second portion would not start until the changeover day. The only other issue becomes in combining for a single meal but even that is usually workable except possibly to pay for a single meal at a signature option.

Each owner must add the dining plan to the respective reservation at least 3 days before your arrival. You will pay when you check in.

Thanks for your responses! Question: What is an HH OKW versus a non-HH OKW? I don't know what the HH means!

HH = Hospitality House (the main check-in area of OKW)

Being near the HH is a specific booking category, like Boardwalk View at BWV.
