Hi! We are about to purchase a new double stroller mainly for Disney but also because our Graco Duoglider has seen better days. It is also so heavy that just thinking about pulling it on and off the buses breaks my back.

My question is: Do any of you have the Combi Twin Savvy Stroller? Or is there another stroller that has been perfect for your family? Any reviews would be great! The baskets underneath seem a little small, but that is my only negative at first glance. I know this is a pricey stroller so I want to make the most informed decision. BTW-We are staying at GF so we will only be using the buses for AK, MGM, and DTD. Otherwise we will use the monorail as much as possible. I would love to take the boat over to WL and Ft. Wilderness also.

Thanks!

If you do a search on double strollers, you'll find a few threads devoted to the topic. Any time I see a double stroller thread, I always mention how much I love my Peg Perego Twin Aria. I don't like the Combi or the Maclaren because of the 3 sets of wheels across the back. We had a stroller with 3 sets of wheels, and DH kept getting his foot tangled up in the middle one. It's just too akward. It was okay for me, but my legs are short. DH has a longer stride. He actually bought the Peg Perego for me when I didn't want to spend the money after he tripped on the middle wheel and laid the stroller down backwards with our kids in it. The kids were fine, but he sprained his ankle.

I like my Peg Perego. It folds very flat, and it's very light. It's really easy to control, too, and that's something since my 2 year old and 1 year old are currently 38 and 28 pounds. The basket holds a lot, too.

Thank you so much! The Peg Perego is another option, too! I need to look at it more and compare. Anyone else who has the Combi???

I got a Combi Twin about a month ago for our Disney vacation. I have liked it so far. It's easy to close up unless something like a sippy cup is in the basket and it get's caught inbetween the bars. It turns well and I have my 18 mo and 5 year old daughters in it. It does go through doors - I have found that going backwards makes it easier so that I get right through without hitting the wheels. It won't tip over even with a full backpack hooked on the back. If you have any specific questions I would be happy to answer them.

forever-sunshine,
Does your combi twin recline all the way? My sis is looking for a double stroller for a 3yr old and an infant.

I does not recline all the way down. I would say that it reclines about 45 degrees. But my jogging stroller that I got when my DD was about 2 months old reclines the same amount. I just put a insert by Kiddopotamus in that stroller until she outgrew it. I don't see why you couldn't just do the same thing with this stroller.

The stroller does have a part at the front of the seat that will extend out so that babies don't have their feet fall off the edge. It's been really nice for my 18 mo so her feet can have something under them.
