BV has an awesome hot springs called Mt. Princeton. We go there all the time in the winter. There is also an amazing restaurant called Eddyline and a deli called Bongo Billy's. You could take a day trip to Breckenridge. Its about a 45 minute drive from BV. Breck has a lot of little shops to look at and of course skiing.
