I'm thinking of applying for the program in the next year or so, I'm a guy with tattoos and my ears pierced, so I know I'll need to take those out, but my tattoos are on the inside of my biceps and I'm almost positive that a short sleeve shirt won't always completely cover them. I guess I was just looking for some help on the best step to take. Are long-sleeved shirts always an option, or what would be best for me to do? At the time I got them I hadn't put too much thought into working for Disney, but now I'm serious about it, and I really don't want this to be the reason I don't get my dream job.

You would be put into a role where long sleeves is an option

If your job has a short sleeve uniform then you will have to wear white long sleeve shirt underneath or compression type sleeves (be much cooler). They have to be white and have no logo type printing on them. You have to provide them. Like these http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/251478565845?lpid=82

Will look like this -

Thank y'all, my first thought was laser tattoo removal, so I'm happy to see there are people who are rational than I am

You can try and put makeup over the tattoos as well, but it'll probably come off pretty easy. My job the short sleeves came down to about my elbow, they're pretty long. Otherwise, yes, you should be able to wear long sleeved white shirts underneath, one of my coworkers had to do that since she had a tattoo on her wrist.
