Collapsible wagon at water park

Years ago we went to the water park and they had banned bringing in wagons to carry your stuff. I have been searching the water park website and don't see anything about not bringing in a wagon. Is this still a rule?

My friend did a MAW trip and was told no wagon at Disney period.
