OP, not sure if you are following the Disney GC deal thread but it looks like you can't use Target GCs to purchase Disney ones anymore.

I just cashed in one of my change jars, took the cash. It was 10.6% fee.

True for online purchases. YMMV in-store. I bought several $50 Disney GCs today and paid for them completely with Target GCs at the self checkout.

That is good to know, I'm expecting a Target GC I got from ebay and wanted to use it for a Disney GC. I hope its still working when I get it!
