Coin for Laundry?

do Cdn quarters work or do I need to collect american change to do laundry at the resort? anyone with experience?

All the resorts we've stayed at had a change machine to get quarters from so I wouldn't worry too much about dragging quarters down with you.

You are in the US....of course you would have to use US quarters.

US quarters are a must. As noted, there are machines in each laundry facility; and if you find one not working, just use the phone in the laundry and they will bring change. Nope, I am not kidding! This happened when we were at POP this January. Machine ran out of moula, and CMs were happy to correct the matter.

I also use the machines to get quarters for pressed pennies.

US quarters only.... made the mistake last year and machines won't even accept it.... unlike up here where any vending machines take everything.... slugs included..

I didn't think about getting the quarters for my pressed pennies there! Saves going through the kids banks looking for US money!
