Coffee "to go"

Can anyone advise as to whether you can purchase coffee grounds or whole beans to bring home??
And if so.....what would you recommend.....Kona....AKL??...and where can you purchase???

I believe the AKL has some coffee in their gift shop, but IIRC it's not specially marked. Now that I think about it, I recall seeing special "Mickey" coffee at DTD in 8 oz bags.

There is special "Mickey roast" coffee, but you're really buying the cannister not the coffee, trust me on that one. I bought two of the little cannisters (little round cans like Maxwell House comes in) for aesthetic value alone-- I keep my whole beans in them now. The coffee that came in the cans? I brewed one pot and threw it away.

You can buy the coffee served at Boma (and Jiko? not sure) at the Mara food court at AKL. Either ground or whole bean. We bought some...it is delicious!
