we are non-coffee drinkers--like our caffine cold--but our travelling companions are coffee drinkers. in the studios at OKW, how much coffee is supplied? enough for a pot or two or for the entire stay? help!! thanks:tongue:

No, just one or two pots full. I would reccommend bringing coffee along.

And As I recall, its a small pot, too. I think 4 cups, so if you get the prepackaged filters with coffee in them at the grocery stoe, you'll have European strength coffee with a 8-10 cup package.

A lot of hotels with coffee in the room have the smaller pots. I ask for extra when I am traveling on business and save them for DVC.

If you only have the 4-cup coffee pot, you can request larger pot. Or, you can have your friends bring their own ground coffee and (small) filters!

I think Maxwell House coffee makes the grounds already in the filter. I used one packet for the 4 cup coffee maker and two packets for the 10 cup coffeemaker.

RumpleMom is correct. We just returned yesterday from a 2 bedroom at the Boardwalk. I took the Maxwell House Coffee Filter Packs. My in-laws were in the studio of our 2 BR and had the 4 cup pot. They used one filter pack in their pot and it was perfect. In the main kitchen of our 2 BR we had a 10 cup pot. We used 2 filter packs, filled it not quite full with water, and it was perfect.

If you take ground coffee, don't forget filters!

I'm not a coffee drinker but know that a couple of people have asked for extra coffee and been given it. Has anyone been told no? Still, if you can take extra and don't take a chance.
