coffee at Gaston's Tavern?

Does anyone know if the coffee here is regular, brewed coffee, or is it instant? For comparison, my husband hates the Joffrey's coffee at the resorts but is happy with Starbucks or really any brewed coffee.

I think all of the brewed coffee at Disney is Joffrey's unless it's a Starbucks. So when you say he is fine with brewed coffee. I assume you mean not at Disney?

Honestly, I'm a little fed up with determining his coffee preferences! I'm just trying to convince him that it's ridiculous to spend the morning in Fantasyland, have the whole family eat a morning snack at Gaston's, and have him trek to Starbucks on Main Street because he's being a coffee snob

On our last trip (2 years ago) he didn't like the coffee at AS Music but would drink it at our breakfast ADRs (Crystal Palace, etc). It's entirely possible that it was the same coffee at both places, though. I don't drink coffee myself.
