Codes in Late Feb or March

Well do to a job loss it looks like we will be cancelling our trip in Sept/Oct this year. I am bumming but I don't think it can be helped. We are thinking of going in late Feb or early March, I know that it is peak season I was just wondering what anybody has gotten for codes or rates in the past.
