I try to go to Disney every year. Never got a code, but today in the mail, I finally got a postcard with a code attached and guess what? I can't use it. The postcard was in my mom's name with my address. Now my mom has NEVER booked a Disney trip, but I have taken her twice and added her to my reservation. Now how is it that I didn't get a code, but she did??? Do you think I can call and explain or will it be a waste of time? :confused3

Use the code! It will still work! I used a code that a friend gave me and it all worked out great!

whats the code for?

The postcard codes are private codes intended for the addressee only. This actually seems to extend to the entire household. So therefor if it is in your mom's name but at your address you should be fine using it. However passing that code on to other people is not allowed.
