I have let Disney know about it. Not about not receiving the discount. As I've said many times, I don't have a real issue with that. I have an Annual Pass and I get AP discounts that save just as much. I just don't like the way I'm talked to by CRO.

As for you not losing sleep, neither am I. If you don't want to complain about it, then don't. But don't think you have the right to tell other people how they should feel.

Sorry - A pet peeve of mine is people complaining on a message board about people complaining on a message board.
 
Again, bevause that's the way Disney set it up. It's well known that not everyone that has a pin attached to their name gets the email or postcard.

Hey, if an extra $1,000 means nothing to you, congrats. To me, it's quite a nice chunk of change and certainly worth memaking a couple of calls to find out about.


$1k is a nice hunk! That's why I am always anxiously awaiting FL or AP rates, love to save some $$! But if I don't get them, so be it. I paid rack rate three different stays last year. Would have much rather had a discount but that's the luck of the draw I guess.

If we are not careful WDW may do away with pin codes and postcard codes!
