I have let Disney know about it. Not about not receiving the discount. As I've said many times, I don't have a real issue with that. I have an Annual Pass and I get AP discounts that save just as much. I just don't like the way I'm talked to by CRO.
As for you not losing sleep, neither am I. If you don't want to complain about it, then don't. But don't think you have the right to tell other people how they should feel.
I never told anyone how they should feel! Gosh....not good vibes coming off!!
