Stayed for a two night stay last month in a family room (two rooms that are connected). Rooms weren't anything to be too excited for, not dirty but not clean if you know what I mean. Rooms are connected thru the bathroom which I wasn't a big fan of. The buffett was overly expensive, even with a Restaurant.com gift certificate, two kids eating free our breakfast buffet was almost $40 for four adults!!!!

And it was nothing more than what would be a continental breakfast at a regular hotel!
Now for our biggest complaint, weak stomachs may not want to read.... people pooping in all the pools!!!! It was disgusting!!!! And I know accidents happen, but we had a pool view room of the hotel room, not the one in the water park, and some kid literally went over to the edge of the pool and pulled down his pants and pooped in the pool while other kids watched laughing. And the pool in the water park was constantly closed for the lifeguards to fish out... well you know what they were fishing out. But my biggest problem with it was that they would fish out the you know, and then people would get right back in the pool!!!! They didn't close it and add chemicals or anything!!!!!

I mean, how can you just jump back in a pool after watching that float around!!! We called the manager asking about the policy when it first happened and she stated that their policy was to close the pool for 30 min to 2 hours while chemicals were administered, well I can tell you that that never happened! There was no adding chemicals, just fishing out poop and everyone back in. When we called the manager a second time to ask why the policy wasn't being followed, she comped us a free breakfast and arcade credits.
Yeah, we won't be back and our kids were not allowed to swim.
