I'd really like to get one of those blue glowing drinks that I've seen on some threads on the boards but didn't pay attention on where to get them. I'd also like to try a chocolate martini while I'm at WDW - don't have fancy drinking places like that where I live - lol. Any suggestions on a good place to find these things?

The Tambu Lounge @ the Polynesian is a good place to start. While the blue glowing things and the chocolate martinis are great - the Tambu Lounge has the best Mai Tai's on the planet. I can only have one per night - two gets me in trouble.

Raglan Road has an awesome choc. martini. It's so yummy I like the glass clean!:thumbsup2

Many of the bars and restaurants can add the glow cubes (for a small price). And most can also make a chocolate martini. Over at Epcot resorts, you might like Crew's Cup at YC, or Kimonos at Swan (sushi place, but great drinks and really good with things like choc-martinis). At MK reorts, I agree on Tambu -- very fun bar with lots to watch and bartenders are awesome there. Also at MK area, the bar at the Wave at the Contemporary is fun, and good service. At all of these places you can also have some small plates or snack with your drinks if you get hungry. The places I've listed are all casual and easy going, you could wear shorts or jeans, or if you prefer dress up a little and neither is out of place. Great places to relax after big park days.

Have a great trip!!

I have had many :goodvibes Blue Glowtinis at the Wave bar at CR. There is quiet lounge seating to relax.

I also had a Chocolatini at Le Cellier at Epcot. If I remember right, it was about $10, plus tip.

DW has asked for things not on the menu at various places, and they've never had a problem making them.

As far as I'm aware, the glow-tini seems to be on the generic "bar" menu that most of the places on property have. I've gotten one at POFQ one at the bar at POP, and a few at places like Coral Reef, Ohana, and California Grill.

This was our first year staying at the Poly, but it has been our annual tradition to stop by the Tambu Lounge for a few cocktails. Great atmosphere and great cocktails and yes they have the blue-tini and it is REALLY good! I have a collection of 20+ glowing ice cubes. I just put them in a cocktail back home and go back to WDW!

That's cool! They don't stop glowing?

thanks everyone!

They have a button to turn them off, so you can use them many times.

Some of them respond to banging on the counter. They have at least a blue and a red that I have seen. Maybe there are more colors.
