When does Coastal Eats Opens?
August 15? This is what is listed on Disneyworld website.
However, on Disney Food Blog, its August 11.
Whish is it?
I'm hoping August 11.
I leave b4 1the 15th.

I'm not sure but I think the 15th. When the Parks Blog official announcement first came out on Tuesday, it initially said Aug 11th and Disney Food Blog pointed out that this was different than what Disney had originally said, but it appears Disney has now edited the post to show the 15th so I'm guessing the 11th was an error.

Since DFB is not official, I'd go with what Disney World's site says.

Anything is possible but they have not done a soft opening in the last several years (& believe that back when they did, it was the day before vs. a couple of days). If you're in the park, doesn't hurt to check but I definitely wouldn't count on it or visit EP just for that.
