Hey everyone....here is our first official weigh in for Sunday August 12....

I was saddened when I stepped on the scale and saw that I was a back up to 138 lbs....my goal weight is 115.

Height: 5'2"
Goal: to lose 23 lbs by Christmas

Ok - let's keep the motivation going!!
 
OOPS...I posted on the other thread....but I will do it again.

I am 5'11" weigh 171 lbs. Size 12 for most things but am starting to push size 14. Would love to weigh 150 by March 2008.
 
Week One: Start weight 230 lbs, height 5'6", age 42 yrs, frame=med

Week One Weight In: 228 lbs! I lost 2 pounds in 5 days!

Goal One: Lose 10 lbs [220 lbs] by sister's wedding Labour Day
Goal Two: Lose 31 lbs [199 lbs] by Christmas
Goal Three: Lose 60 lbs by March Break 2008 [170 lbs]
Goal Four: Lose 80 lbs by summer 2008 to goal weight of 150 lbs
 
I also posted on the other board. Ok so here goes
My goal is 115. I am 39 and 5'5'.
Weighed in today at 116.5. Lost 2 1/2 pounds this week.
Congratulations to everyone this week.
 

Week 1 starting weight 215, height 5'8", age 49.
I'd like to lose 20 pounds by my Nov trip.
I'd like to lose a lot more than that but want to be realistic.

Quite a while before our last WDW trip I was tipping the scales at 320. I managed to loose a few and weighed in at 290 before we left. That was in Dec of 2006. I'm happy to report that I am now 215. We are going back in October and I will more than happy if I can maintain that weight for the ToT Run at MGM. That's a grand total of 105lbs.... :banana:
 
Okay, starting weight was 186.7 lbs. Weight as of yesterday was 184. Down 2.7 lbs this week!

3 weeks until I go to WDW.
 
Wow what a day! Well I am 41, I am 5'9 1/2 and I have a lot to lose...A LOT. I will tell more tomorrow nighty night!
 
6' 5" 235 lbs in june

today 215 lbs.

My secret:

eat 2 burritos instead of 3.

eat half a bag of chips instead of the whole bag

order 1 burger instead of 2

Just cut back your intake, your body goes into shock and starts feeding on itself, good by belly.

My goal, to get rid of the little extra belly I have, not much left of it, only shows when I am sitting.
 
I need to lose weight before my October trip.

Starting weight: 173 lbs
height: 5'3"
Want to be: 155 lbs in October

That's a bit ambitious but what I would like.

Here I go...

I am 41, I currently weight 170
Goal 1 160 by Sept 30th my first 1/2 marathon
Goal 2 155 by Oct 25th ToT weekend 13K
Goal 3 140 by Jan 10th my first disney 1/2 marathon
Once I get to 140 I will decide if I need to lose more or can maintain at that point.

I just ate a Dairy Queen ice cream cake, I forgot about the diet, not feeling well and the scale says 218 lbs, I drove 3 lbs of ice cream into me.:guilty:
 
Nelson, forget the ice cream cake. It's gone. Now lets focus on the next 6 months and 3 weeks.....YOUR WDW TRIP!

If you lose 1 pound a week, you will be 191 lbs by WDW.

If you lose 2 pounds a week, you will be 164 lbs by WDW.

Don't dwell on what's done and just concentrate on what's ahead of you. Beating yourself up for a momentary lapse only serves to sabotage our efforts.

Didn't weigh in on Monday, so I'm late to the party, but here we go!

Starting weight - 183.2

Time to start following the Weight Watchers plan again, and make points friendly food at home!
 
I'm down 2 more pounds since Sunday's weigh in. "Water-retention" week is coming so I won't fret to remain this weight until after my cycle. S
 
Better late than never - I've been too busy working out :rotfl:

Vital Stats - 38 - 5' 8" - starting weight 177 - goal 147

Week 1 - 175
Week 2 - 173

I have been working out - strength, treadmill etc most days of the week and trying to be aware of what I am putting in my mouth :eek:

so far so good - my problem is sticking to it for the long haul!
 
well here goes, and its NOT PRETTY lol.. Age 41.. 5'5" .. 220 lbs. (with hypothyroidsim so that doesnt help) not an excuse I know but it does hinder weight loss. My worst thing is I dont get hungry during the day, I could easily go with one meal a day.

Sorry I missed the official weigh in. I did however weigh myself on Sunday so here are the stats:
Age-44
Ht- 5'4"
Wt- 219 lbs
goal between 150-160 lbs

Can anyone tell me how to put one of those lose pound tickers/countdown things on my signature:confused3 I'm quite computer illiterate so I need simple instructions:rotfl2:
